Keynote session: State of the nation
Iain Murray will be giving his view of how the BIFM is stepping up to the challenges and meeting the future and present needs of its members. Iain will also discuss how the Institute is continuing to raise the profile of facilities management both in the UK and Internationally.

Iain Murray studied and worked in architecture before moving into facilities management. He is chief executive of SMC Facilities Management and previously the founder and managing director of Jenkins & Marr FM. He was elected Chair of the BIFM in February 2008, taking office on the 1st July 2008
