Integrated fm launches version 8 (V8) of its fm facts suite of computer aided facilities management products. In developing fm facts V8, the company has placed great emphasis on helping users to increase efficiency and drive cost out of the FM department.
Intranet Set-up Module (ISM) is a brand new module that harnesses the communication power of intranets to enrich the internal customer’s experience of the FM department while ensuring the FM stays fully in control. Easy and intuitive to use, ISM requires no specialist IT input and can be configured and reconfigured very quickly in response to changing needs.
New features have been introduced across the fm facts V8 range - including Helpdesk, Asset Management and Resource Management – all designed to streamline operations, enhance communications and facilitate quicker, more accurate reporting.
Within Resource Management V8, for example, users have very fine control of a much wider range of bookable resources, such as places on training courses, workshops, travel and theatre bookings. There are also new reporting features in Asset Management V8 that provide a clearer view of all statutory requirements to minimise the risk of non-compliance.
fm facts V8 is also designed to help FMs make quicker and more extensive use of e-mail communications, with attachment of multiple documents in a single action (e.g. all building-specific information) and the ability to re-use standard e-mails rather than generating new ones each time.
