Dedicated Property Management software from Integrated fm

Integrated fm’s new Property Manager module provides dedicated tools to meet the specific needs of property and estates managers. As such, it acts as a central repository for the capture and processing of building details and associated tenancy data. It also allows the user to ensure suppliers are keeping to their service level agreements and to be timely with regular occurrences such as lease and contract renewals.

“As estates management and facilities management become more closely aligned, there is increasing need for a management strategy that separates the day to day FM detail from the financial health of the estate,” explained Integrated fm managing director Steve Dingley. “Standard CAFM tools such as Helpdesk, Asset Management and Resource Management are vital in managing day-to-day activities but management of the entire estate poses different challenges and requires different tools,” he added.

For maximum flexibility, Property Manager provides operational details at site level, building level and zone level. Details that can be recorded and monitored include property history, landlord and tenant details, lease details. and insurance information.

Enhanced, searchable document storage facilities ensure that electronic copies of key documents are quickly and easily available. This fully scalable archive is able to accommodate all types of document, including contracts, rental agreements, photographs and insurance information.

Property Manager will also issue timely reminders for key events, such as lease reviews and rent alerts.

In summary, Property Manager delivers the following key features and benefits:

• Central source of building information and associated tenancy data
• Drill-down functionality to combine strategic overview with granular detail
• Ability to ‘slice and dice’ information in many ways (e.g. by department, building, national estate, global estate)
• Instant access to key property data, including lease information, tenancy agreements and sub-let information
• Ability to review key information at the touch of a button; for example, lease breaks, rent reviews and service charges
• Email reminders for key events such as alerts for rent and lease reviews
• Integration with CAFM modules
• Reporting tools
• Embedded document management for quick access to key property documents
