Q. I am interested in exhibiting at The Facilities Show 2010. What should I do?

Q. How do I access the exhibitor technical manual?

The technical manual is not live yet, you will be sent your username and password once it is live. The Exhibitor Technical Manual is accessed through the Exhibitor Zone; login using the password that will be sent to you via email and click on the link 'Technical Manual'.

Q. When will I receive my exhibitor badges?

Approximately 3 weeks prior to the show or if you need replacement/additional badges they can be obtained onsite.

Q. How do I access the PR and Marketing guide?

The PR & Marketing Guide is not live yet, you will be sent your username and password via email once you can access it. It is accessed through the Exhibitor Zone; login using the password sent to you via email and click on the link 'PR & Marketing Guide'.

Q. I have lost/not received my password to access the exhibitor secure zone. What should I do?


Please complete the password request form on the Exhibitor Zone login page. Your password will then be emailed to you. Or contact Laura Armstrong, Event Co-ordinator on +44 (0)207 921 8085 or email her on laura.armstrong@ubm.com.

Q. I would like some help with marketing & PR in the run up to the show. What can I do?


Please refer to the PR & Marketing Guide, accessed through the Exhibitor Zone, which contains essential information on how to maximise your investment at the show. Or alternatively contact the Marketing Team.

Q. How do I create my own page on The Facilities Show website?

Our website attracts a high volume of visitor traffic in the lead up to the show and we've made it easy for all our exhibitors to promote themselves and their new products. You can access your extranet page through the Exhibitor Zone using the password sent to you via email. For any queries regarding the extranet facility, please contact Mairead Mc Nally on +44 (0)20 7921 8169 or email her on mairead.mcnally@ubm.com  

Q. Am I entitled to a free entry in the official The Facilities Show 2010 show guide?


Yes, as an exhibitor at The Facilities Show you are entitled to a free entry in the official Show Guide, which is distributed free of charge to all pre-registered visitors. Please refer to the PR & Marketing Guide, accessed through the Exhibitor Zone, for further details.  

Q. Can I submit press releases to appear on The Facilities Show website?


Yes, please email your press releases/news stories/case studies to Guy Melzack at Guy.Melzack@ubm.com.

Q. When will I receive my contractor passes?

Approximately 3 weeks prior to the show.

Q. What should I do if the details on my badges are incorrect?

When you arrive onsite, the badge query desk can amend any details and print off a revised version of your badge.

Q. Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there is car parking for 21,000 vehicles and regular complimentary shuttle buses to and from the main entrances. You may be charged up to £8, it may be more cost effective if you contact the NEC and book a space.
