The British Parking Association (BPA) is the largest professional association in Europe representing organisations in the parking and traffic management industry.

Its Approved Operator Scheme (AOS) has been created for operators managing private and unregulated car parks and is supported by a Code of Practice for Parking Enforcement on Private Land and Unregulated Car Parks. A major objective of the Scheme is to encourage landowners to regulate their parking facilities by using only approved operators.
